Holly's Maternity/Hampton Roads Maternity Session
Monday, March 22, 2010 at 1:46PM I was so flattered when Holly and David asked me to photograph Holly's maternity session. Sam photographed their wedding a few years ago and they have become friends ever since then. Holly and David are the sweetest and funniest couple and I know that they will be perfect parents to the little boy they are expecting very soon! I loved that Holly was open to my suggestions for what I envisioned her maternity session to be like. I bought some fabulous fabrics and we had fun incorporating them into the posing. And even though it was a really chilly day, we had beautiful afternoon light and we all ventured into the woods at the end of the session. I really wanted to use Holly's natural beauty to enhance my vision of a woman in her full bloom of maternity. I think she was perfect! Check back in a few weeks for little J's debut on the blog as his newborn session will be in the next couple of weeks.
