Jenna & Patrick

Jenna and Patrick's wedding was an epic event so, in turn, this is an epic post of details: lush Italian gardens, enormous crystal chandeliers, intricate ice sculptures, a cascading fountain of prosciutto and olives, a martini bar with a signature martini, italian dessert delights and a station where the waiter dramatically set something on fire.  Who can remember what it was, it just set the tone for a smokin' hot image of the bride and groom kissing in the background.  This amazing place is not fantasy - it is real and it is in a small town in New Jersey, not too far from New York City.  It's called Nanina's in the Park located in Belleville, New Jersey.  Jenna and Patrick, thank you for including me in your special day!

Dennis + Megan

Whew!!!...Done with a year of grad school and two more years to go!  I've been so crazy with getting through school, that I've admittedly been a slacker when it comes to my blog, so over my break, I plan to catch up as best I can.  Most of the forthcoming weddings were shot throughout the year.  To my clients, thanks for your patience and stay tuned.

Below is the wedding of Dennis and Megan.  Dennis was a photography student of mine several years ago and when he called up to ask if I'd come to Jersey to capture his nuptials, I couldn't resist.  He and Megan's wedding was held at the beautiful "The Tides," in North Haledon, New Jersey.  Family and friends from all over came to join the couple in a spectacular day of celebration.  Be sure to check out the cake topper.  One of Dennis' friends created the figures and look just like the couple.  Also, Megan, who is a zoo keeper, raises exotic frogs, so Dennis surprised her with a tree stump shaped cake with several types of frogs.  Well done, my man!  Good luck to you both!!
