Getting to know Tina and Trey was a real hoot!  These two were all about the party when it came to their wedding.  They were extremely fun loving, even at their engagement session.  Unfortunately, no matter what we had planned for photos after their ceremony, mother nature stepped in and literally blew those ideas out the window.  It didn't matter, though.  There was no way anything was going to dampen the spirits of these two!  Below are a few from their day.

Carrie and Adam were recently married at Carrie's parents home in Virginia Beach.  I love outside weddings and this one was awesome!  I had photographed Carrie's brother's wedding the year before, so their were some familiar faces walking around and it was nice hanging out with them again.  The couple, along with their families and friends, held a terrific party after their ceremony and danced late into the night with music from Roger Cruz of Astro D.J.'s.  Dina and her staff with Cuisine & Company did a fantastic job on the food.  Below are some of my favorites from the night.

I've known Hannah for a while, as she has been assisting Michelle Kilgore, with Weddings by Michelle, for years.  When she asked me to photograph her wedding, I was flattered and said "heck yeah!!"  Hannah and Tim were recently married at Grace Community Church, where Tim's dad is the minister.  The day turned out perfect as the couple completed their nuptials and celebrated at the Lighthouse on the Cove in Virginia Beach.  Here are some of the images from their evening.

Jeannie and Shawn got married on a rainy day.  It rained, and rained, and rained.  So, if what they say is true about rain being good luck on your wedding day, Jeannie and Shawn are going to have a lifetime full of luck!  They celebrated their marriage at the Cavalier Oceanfront, which is always such a beautiful place for a wedding.  I'm kicking this blog post off with one of my favorite shots from Jeannie's bridal session.  The wind caught her veil just right and I love how this shot came out:

I'm catching up on my blog posts.  Planning the 10th anniversary trip to Paris consumed a lot of my time but now that we are back from the City of Love, as Terri points out, it is time to return to blogging.  So here you have Trinity and Darin who are so fun and had a great wedding.  Michelle Kilgore, with Weddings by Michelle did an outstanding job with all the details that made this wedding so personal.  Jeremy, with Blue Steel Pro Lighting, knocked the reception atmosphere out of the park.  And, the staff at the Hilton Ocean Front were great as usual!  Below are some of my favorites.
